Hello everyone. Now I am going to write my experience with Alto Music.
Jon Haber, the chairman of Alto Music, began working at the first Alto Music in 1981, where he arranged displays and swept floors. Jon took over the firm in 1989 and has grown it to three full-line stores plus a pro audio exhibition in New York City.
They kept track of a special order item that was taking a long time to ship from the manufacturer and contacted with me on a frequent basis. It everything worked out in the end, and the customer service was excellent.
They also routinely provide 5 or 10% discount offers that apply to almost any goods, with exception of musician friend promotions, which exclude most large companies. I signed up for their email list, and if there's something I'm sure I'll want, I merely wait for one of their sales. I had good experiences, no bad experiences.
Alto is fantastic. One of the best available.
