Bridge Collapses as a Reply Poor Response and Turnaround Times

Unfortunately, as a performer who has shopped at ResponseBridge to supply my band, I must report that my experiences there have been underwhelming. Wireless microphones and systems are among their many offerings, but their customer care leaves much to be desired. It took multiple tries to get a response from their customer service team when I had concerns about a specific product. When I did hear back from someone, they weren't particularly informative or engaged in resolving my issues. My purchase took a very long time to arrive, which was already frustrating. Although I am aware that delays are possible, ResponseBridge's failure to keep me informed and communicate with me during this time has only increased my annoyance. When my shipment finally arrived, I was let down to discover that the product was subpar. The audio was of poor quality and did not measure up to the website's claims. My time spent using ResponseBridge was not positive. Although they have a wide selection of goods, their response time to inquiries and shipping times left much to be desired. In the future, I plan to take my company elsewhere.
