Review on 💻 Lenovo Legion T730-28ICO 90JF00A4US Gaming Desktop - Core i9-9900K, 32GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 512GB SSD, RTX 2080, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit by Dwayne Shavers

This computer was required for extensive editing. Paid for next day delivery and received next day :) Looks smooth, beautiful, great ventilation and design! However, this is my problem. I won't go through the specs or the car because I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Actually, I couldn't do anything but turn it on. Came with defective HDMI. After speaking to tech support I was able to get a replacement but it's been a few days and I still don't have a replacement. It's pretty annoying. I'm a nurse still working during all this crazy COVID stuff. I needed the tower to make some major changes to enlighten the populace, but now I'm wondering if I shouldn't have gone to a different company. Conclusion: great design, cool look, good performance. But arrived broken, paid for next day shipping and got no refund for the broken product, now I have to wait for standard shipping for a replacement and I spent hours on the phone with support about a nearly $3000 product is nothing more than a glorified flashlight in my corner. I'm disappointed Lenovo, we all make mistakes and I don't mind, but instead of blaming me for your mistakes, I'd appreciate it if you could take responsibility. I'm not sure yet if I will recommend Lenovo products in the future. I will update this when I receive a working product.
