The second problem I had with the vent was when I dislodged it when closing. The vents are held in place by a clip "c" on the underside of the vent. Although they are very thick and heavy, the material from which they are made becomes quite brittle in cold weather, even moderate cold. As a result, I had parts of it (particularly the legs) that just broke off on a moderate impact when I slid down the back of my truck a few feet in the cold. This is very disheartening considering how much money I've invested in this setup! When it comes to the DWST08203 large box specifically, there are several key factors that have pros and cons! Pros: Looks great and works well with a hard cart storage system. System. It's big, but not too big! You can pack a circular saw, jigsaw, grinder, and all the necessary accessories in one box, but they can be moved by one person. It's durable and somewhat waterproof. It has its limitations, especially when it's cold, and doesn't come with the organizer insert that comes with the XL version. You cannot order the organizer even though it comes with brackets molded into the case! It's expensive for what it is unless you can find it on special order!
