Update: Kitchen Knife Depot Customer Service went out of their way to resolve any issues with my purchase. The knife is essentially a no risk purchase as they want a happy customer. Upgrade from 2 to 4 stars! Initial Rating: Bought because of the good reviews. Maybe I was lucky, but the color (icon "OS") was sloppy. The metal symbol/inlay on the black part of the grips has been removed. There were scratches/dents on the handles.
