Revain can be useful, but not for returning small items. lesson for me I can't speak to the quality of the collar other than when you need to put it on and take it off, it's a hard clasp and I think it would be difficult for a small cat to take it off. This is fine for animals with large necks, but I wouldn't wear it on a smaller animal as this extra material creates a loop that they can very easily hit with their foot or jaw and choke on.
