Review on Upgrade Your PUREUP Standard Pitcher Dispenser with Replacement Filters by John Bourgeois

I bought these filters in April 2020. They arrived a little later than usual due to the expected COVID 19. 4 filters came in a box and each filter was in a sealed bag. I opened the first filter and installed it with no problems. After two months it was time to change the filter and every filter was infested with insects. I'm confused how these bugs got into the sealed bag but they are clearly there. I'm disappointed. I don't know where these filters are made, but I'm wondering what other products look like if they're made in the same country.
