These shoes were bought for me as an early Christmas present. I couldn't use them because the clamps got stuck in the bike pedal TWICE. The first time I had to take my shoe off and I had to use all my strength to get it off the bike pedal. Then I needed a marshal to remove the clip. Then I tried using them a second time; I lock the bike and when I went to the lock the right boot came out right; This time the left shoe came out right, but the clip got stuck in the pedal again. Now again I have to wait for someone from tech support to remove the clip; I don't have any spinning shoes at the moment. It is extremely difficult to turn in normal shoes when you have been using the right shoe for 10+ years. The return window on these (bought in August) is closed so I now have defective shoes that I cannot use.
