It was a pain to install as there were quite a few.

Installation was difficult as some screws were missing and the U-bolts fitted so well it was very difficult to use washers. I had to tighten nuts without washers to install them, tighten them to attach nuts, then remove them to attach washers and retighten. If the U-bolts were 1/4" longer this would be easier.
