This is fantastic! I quit making cold brew a few years ago because I didn't like handling dirty coffee grounds. I saw an advertisement for these bags and decided to try them, despite other reviewers complaining that they were thin and easily torn. These are legitimate complaints, but it's very easy to work around these issues. I drain the coffee from the brew funnel and give it enough time to drain. I then place a piece of newspaper on the counter and carefully empty the bag/set directly onto the newspaper and then toss the paper/set in the bin. No mess! Another advantage of these bags is that the felt filters do not clog. I've used the same filter for five brew cycles and it's still like new! I told a friend about it and now he is a very happy customer too. He's just throwing his country straight in the trash. Again no mess.
