As already mentioned, the kit does not come with instructions and the assembly is not initially intuitive. After looking at pictures online I was able to figure out how to assemble and use the device. The quality is about what you would expect; strong enough for consistent door-to-door placement. The problem is that the holes are about 1/16" larger than the included center punch or drill bit. Therefore, when the punch is inserted into the hole, there is too much play, resulting in 1/16 inch deflection at each hole. It's huge and as a result the handles clearly don't match the door. The only solution is to use a template to make an initial mark, then measure it with a tape measure or spirit level and adjust accordingly. What kind defeats the purpose.
