terrible noise from behind, like a rubber bumper.

Installed on my Land Cruiser before a 4K family vacation trip. After 300 miles a horrible noise from the rear as the rubber bumper fell off and the axle hit the caliper with every hit. I checked with a friend who has the exact same setup (I bought it on his recommendation) and had no problems. Hopefully I can contact the manufacturer and fix it, but right now I wouldn't recommend buying it on an early 2000 Land Cruiser as $200 for 300 miles is a lot.
