Screen turned out to be OEM and fitted as expected. Another reviewer mentioned that it only had a black screen and I thought I was in the same boat, but upon re-checking I found that I hadn't fully inserted the larger plug. After the fix, the screen displayed correctly and I could not find any problems with it. The included accessories are fine if you don't already have the tri-wing fender bits/screwdrivers, but the included adhesive strips are GREAT! Much better than the ones I bought. They are very easy to adjust to get the right thickness, making installation much easier.
