I bought four Angry Mamas and four Chilly Mamas for my daughters for Mother's Day. I'm glad I decided to order early and try them at home first. They come without instructions and my daughters would be confused by these sweet but sinister ladies. I tried Angry Mama. I did a good job, but my microwave wasn't very dirty. Chilly Mama's arm was broken three out of four. In order for all mamas to work, you need to remove the hair. The idea is to twist and pull, but Chilly Mama is so stiff that when my husband and I pull together, we don't get our hair off. I had to pry it off with a flathead screwdriver. These are cool moms!
