The ability to see at a glance what's going really well, as compared to where you have room for improvement is very helpful in terms of our weekly team meetings. I wish that it was possible to get more granular data about individual channels - like how many people clicked through from one page or another. It would be great if we could drill down into specific pages/features within each content area (e.g., "What did users do when they reached this section?"). We are trying out different things right now, but so far there doesn't seem to be anything other than general trends across multiple sites being tracked. This has been useful because it gives us an idea of which features aren’t working well enough, versus those that may not need any attention. For example, we can tell whether certain sections don't generate much traffic, vs. ones that tend to drive lots of leads. Having these insights.
