Good platform with room for improvement

The ability to see how well each program is performing, as it relates directly back into our CRM system for reporting purposes. I would like more control over my email campaigns so that they are not sent automatically or at times when we do have an open window in which time could be used better elsewhere within other marketing channels (such as social media). We use this tool primarily during peak season months such as Christmas/Holiday seasons where there can sometimes run out quickly due to…

The ability to see at a glance what's going really well, as compared to where you have room for improvement is very helpful in terms of our weekly team meetings. I wish that it was possible to get more granular data about individual channels - like how many people clicked through from one page or another. It would be great if we could drill down into specific pages/features within each content area (e.g., "What did users do when they reached this section?"). We are trying out different things…

Userful - Great Platform with Amazing Support

The ability to manage both the customer service side as well as sales efforts from one platform is great. They have some really nice reporting features too that you can use to analyze your customers and campaigns. I love how they've integrated their API into the front end so you don't need to worry about sending out an application or having to go through another platform.
