great product! Right out of the box, it was already charged and ready to use. I really like all the features and alternative loading methods. At first I thought something was wrong with it because the sound was only coming from one side. When I called Revain tech support about this, the tech told me about a couple of things they hoped would get the audio on both sides. After several unsuccessful attempts, she told me how to ask the seller for help. The seller was very responsive and provided excellent customer service! The seller not only promptly sent me another device, but also sent me a message from the factory that the noise coming from only one side of the device is normal. The device receives four stars for its functionality. The seller gets five stars for excellent customer service!
