The vehicle was repaired and returned within a week or two, and it continued to function normally until November 2022. The issue recurred in November, when I saw water collecting under my car. Once again, after phoning Nespresso's customer service, I received an SMS stating, "we could not reach you." If you purchase at least 200 capsules from Nespresso, you can send your broken machine in for repair or upgrade to a brand-new model through their Trade-In program. I took advantage of the deal, and the total cost of the capsules was $7,650. On November 25, 2022, a brand-new lime-colored coffee maker was brought to my home. On December 2nd, though, water was once again discovered beneath the brand-new coffee maker. Once again, we had to get in touch with tech support to get the coffee maker serviced. After the repair, I'm hoping it will last for another six to eight months, or until the 200 pills are gone.
