Review on 🔌 Wenter Aluminum 8-Port Powered USB Hub: High-Speed Data Transfers and Intelligent Charging with On/Off Switches and 12V/3A Power Adapter by Jerry Frey

The USB hub was well packed. The package includes a user manual, a USB hub and an adapter. I photographed the adapter so you can see its characteristics (see image). I have tested the HUB on Windows and Linux. The USB hub works out of the box. No driver installation required. It was expected to work safely on Windows, but since many people use Linux (like me) I paid more attention to Linux compatibility. In my experience, devices that are compatible with Linux are usually also compatible with other systems. I was excited about this USB hub because there is a power switch on each port. If they had asked me, they would have done something similar. I like this because I can plug in an external drive and when I unplug it I don't have to unplug the cable, I just push a button and turn it off. A very useful feature. In addition, the power supply is sufficient to power an external mechanical hard drive. This is very important because mechanical drives use more power than an SSD or USB drive. The light that turns on at each key also looks really nice so you can see what's on. This USB hub is very practical and serves as a charger for tablets or smartphones, as well as other devices that charge via USB ports. Very useful device, my recommendation!
