I ride this thing every day to and from work with no complaints. My work is 7 miles away. I always have to charge it at work because by the time I get there my battery is at around 20%. So besides the battery there’s no real issues. I can say that it will never go to 18 mph. I do 15 on a flat Road fine but my average is probably around 12. Even holding the bike up with no resistance the speedometer only goes to about 17 with no weight on the wheels (I’m 160 lbs). If I was to write a product description I would say it goes 10 miles and a max speed of 15. But besides the false advertising it’s a great bike. And sick looking! Every person that passes me looks at it and asks me how much it costs. I look forward to seeing what Swagcycle does with future models.
