ReadyDesks benefits far exceed any other tool we've used

I love that it helps with customer service. It allows you to get rid of a face to face interaction with a customer if they feel like they need to be there by themselves. I dislike that you can't create a screen sharing from readydesk. I feel that screen sharing would be a huge benefit to the team. We can now solve problems from home which is beneficial for our business. We have saved money with not having a desk in the office. Having the ability to solve customers problems from anywhere is a huge benefit. I love how easy it is to use and that you can have multiple users in one account. The reporting system could be improved. It would be nice if there were more options for customizing reports and fields. There are many different features but not much information on how to get started with them. I am solving the problem of having to have several people working on a project at once, without having to hire additional staff.
