ReadyDesks Customer Service Is Great & Product Has Many Features

I like how easy it is to use, there are many features that can be used at once. It's also very customizable so you can make it look however you want as long as it looks good for your clients. The customer service has been great! They have helped me get set up correctly with my account and they always respond quickly when I need assistance or questions answered. There isn't much I dislike about this product but maybe if we had more options in terms of different types of licenses then it would…

ReadyDesks benefits far exceed any other tool we've used

I love that it helps with customer service. It allows you to get rid of a face to face interaction with a customer if they feel like they need to be there by themselves. I dislike that you can't create a screen sharing from readydesk. I feel that screen sharing would be a huge benefit to the team. We can now solve problems from home which is beneficial for our business. We have saved money with not having a desk in the office. Having the ability to solve customers problems from anywhere is a…
