Removable wheels are the main reason we bought this $80 pet carrier. Our 16 lb west terrier fit in this stretcher but when she got up to roll over it tipped over. The wheels seem to be too close together in width, making it easy to tip over. As a result, we couldn't use wheels to transport it. The purchase was made in October 2017 for a November 1 flight from the East Coast to Boise, Idaho. When we got home on November 29th we found that we had missed the 30 day return window. Note that this pet carrier is very easy to tip over! If we had discovered this before our trip we would have returned it and bought it from a local pet store. We flew first class so the stretcher REALLY fit under the seat.
