changed 5 stars to ONE star. Worked for about a month, then there was no more zoom, no more applications with the camera. disconnected and reinstalled, no drivers found, looked on internet, no drivers found. Rebooted Win 7, reinstalled, driver not found. Disabled, switched to Win 10. No drivers found, then weird 'A' character for driver, then installed, checked video settings, no picture or video, just blank, uninstall, reinstall, no drivers found. 10. I give up.
