I had some problems with this device. There were two pieces for the tablet holder that needed to snap into place. I couldn't snap the two pieces together. I tried that many times but it just didn't work. Another problem was that the 10 inch tablet or iPad could not be mounted in portrait mode as shown in the product images. In the end, for the first problem, I took a piece of wood and a rubber-headed hammer and hit it hard enough to snap it into place. This solved the problem. The only way I could use this with my 3-10 inch tablets was in landscape mode. The lighting aspects of this product worked as expected.
