The modem arrived quickly and in excellent condition, like new. Bands, 2.4 and 5 GHz. I have 200Mbps internet with Comcast/Xfinity but the download and upload speeds were pretty slow on both radios. The wired ethernet connection was fine. I spent an hour with tech support but they couldn't improve it and finally admitted the problem was with the modem. A few words about tech support: Contrary to what some reviewers say, 90 days FREE EXISTS. All you have to do is find it on the Netgear website, because of course the paid support plan is primarily a kind of decoy. Support sounds like Mumbai and isn't very knowledgeable but covers the basics and in my case a minute which I appreciated.
