Lightbulbs don't look blue when lit.
Although they arrived quickly and at a reasonable price the bulbs were NOT blue when switched on. We used them as part of the red, white and blue 4th of July theme. When first lit they looked more turquoise than blue. . After two weeks you will no longer be able to distinguish the white onions from the blue ones.
