Good buy, good price.

Diamond stone is good and more aggressive than an ingot of the same grit. The 1000 grit stone is also more aggressive than the white/blue (#1000/#6000) stone I use. Perhaps this stone has less binder than other 1000 grit stones. But then again, I'm no expert. I like 2 pieces but I am deducting 2 stars because the cover is very annoying. The whetstone is not fixed inside and will slide around inside as you move.
