The juiciest Thanksgiving turkey I've ever cooked.
I've always cooked on time according to package directions and it's always been pretty good but seemed a bit dry. I found that I was cooking too long as the instructions said the bird was ready 40 minutes earlier than planned. Even after standing for 40 minutes, juice ran out and the taste was great. Best buy this year.
