I bought this to track my luggage while traveling through several airports. It doesn't work in airports, presumably because it doesn't get enough signal when in airport lockers or en route through airports. My luggage was "lost" at the same airport which is why I bought this product, but it didn't receive a signal until I found my bag and stood by it. It also says you get a 30-day trial subscription. for the location service, but I couldn't get it to work at all until I bought the service. However, I have to say that when I emailed the company, they were very responsive, even on the weekend at the end of the day, and they tried to help. Unfortunately I'm sending it back because it didn't keep what it promised. Since I've been on a long trip (which I bought this item for) I went through the 30 day return window so I'm contacting the company directly for a refund. Updated to add: The company doesn't allow me to return it and I'm outside the 30 return window for Revain. It was a waste of my money.
