The classic Greater Goods digital kitchen and food scale has become a welcome addition to our lives. For health reasons, I need to keep a close eye on the amount of certain nutrients, and this scale confirms how well I can estimate portion size and how often I can misjudge my total intake of certain nutrients. The scale fits easily in cabinets the size of our home, takes up little counter space when in use, and is easy to clean. Being able to dump a tare with a container already loaded has helped me perform more complex and complete food nutrient calculations. The only real downside for me is the limited readability of the on/off controls. I hate taking out my marker and drawing a black circle around the control area. trifles!
