A little discussion. Do you carry a DSLR with you every day? Not for work, but for yourself? I once caught myself thinking that I don’t want to carry my favorite canon 35mm f / 2 with me everywhere. The reason is that it is large, like many different other lenses (whales, etc.). Together with 70d, it turns out a serious size and weight of a DSLR, under which you need to take a photo bag, etc. For every day, I wanted compactness and lightness so that the camera could be put in a backpack / jacket pocket or a summer waist bag. For a while, I even thought about purchasing a mirrorless camera for such a case, but this is somehow too much. This pancake came to the rescue - a universal focal length, it gives a very good picture. Roughly speaking, now it’s not so difficult for me to take a fotik with me. SLR with it is much smaller. I mostly take pictures of him on a personal chronicle, some interesting moments outside of work. In which he completely suits me. “The best camera is the one that is always with you” (c)
