Exactly like in the photo.

exactly as shown. Moen told me I need hose 131381. They identified my sink from the photos I sent them. I was concerned that I would be getting the wrong hose based on this review showing photos with different model numbers. This review is assuming the hose, which looks exactly like the one I wanted, is a different model number than 131381. However, I do not believe these photos are correctly captioned in this review. I was confident that Moen was right about the model number I was given and crossed my fingers for the correct hose. This hose I ordered, 131381, is exactly what I need and is exactly as pictured on Revain.
