Meat Tenderizer good for me
Overall very good tenderizer. Guide is removable for cleaning. This type of tenderizer is superior to chemical tenderizers, especially when a household member is allergic to papaya. Your mileage may differ but I would buy again if lost or broken.
- I tried to use it on pork belly skin. It works fine on pork chops and steak.
