Review on Pampered Chef Stainless Wedger Slicer by Sandy Bartlett

This apple slicer is very high quality and looks well made and will last a long time. There are two downsides, but both overlap in quality. First, the core size circle is a bit small, so it can sometimes be difficult to center and remove the entire core. It depends on the size of the apple and its shape. Second is the fact that even when used over a cutting board and lowered, it does not finish the cut cleanly, albeit very tightly. There is no base to lift the apple for the blades to cut through its bottom. Both complaints are minor. Durability and quality are evident as soon as you pick it up. I would recommend it.
