I used the tablet form that you dissolve in water and I was very surprised that it actually helped clear up the symptoms of a UTI (antibiotics aren't the easiest option for me). But I ran out and what I was using was no longer available. So I decided to try this. I was about to fly across the country and my UTI symptoms returned with a vengeance. I couldn't get it in time so it was delivered to its destination. This flight was no fun, especially for the gentleman sitting in the island seat. The next day I was able to start using this stick. That night the symptoms began to improve and within a week I was much better. Picked it up on a flight home - TSA agents had never seen it before so didn't know what to make of it (didn't think it looked a bit like a silencer). When I told them what it was and how it helped me, they were intrigued. By the way, my flight home was MUCH better. The only downside is that I've used it so many times that one stick only lasted a few weeks.
