Good picture - easy installation.

This is the second LeeKooLuu rear camera I bought, so it should be obvious that I liked the first one. I also bought a suction cup mount as I didn't want to use an adhesive mount. Installation is relatively easy. I went to a backup power supply to power the camera and hoped it would work for the display too. (It's not like this). I connected the fuse to what is written "Rear View Camera Assembly" not to the cigarette lighter switch that was on. I also removed part of the dashboard to route the cable to the display. My only complaint is that the performance of this fuse is consistent. So if I don't put it in reverse, the display shows a blue screen. It would be great if the display could be changed to show a black screen instead. I'm sure if I searched long enough I could find a spot to get power to the reverse lights, but I'm old and fat and don't want to strain. There were many cables in the package that went to the front of the car. The instructions were pretty flimsy, but how complicated could they be? There is a small button built into the camera that, depending on the number of clicks, turns on the guides and rotates, rotates and so on the image. It's a nice feature, but for me this switch is behind a plastic cover that I have to remove to make changes. It would be nice (at least for this setup) to have that switch further down the cable. I ended up with the picture right side up, but it was upside down. Luckily for me, the display also allows you to manipulate the image. The camera sits on a plastic pole that allows you to use the screws on the license plate bracket to attach it to the back of the car. You can then move the camera up and down to get the best shot.
