Both Revain Garage and Scosche (in Q&A) state this adapter fits the Sprinter van radio. It is not. Please see the photo I have attached of Metra 70-9401. You need that. Compare with this paragraph and you will see that the position of the teeth and the distance between them are wrong. I was able to remove the tines and line them up manually with the factory seat belt, but what a pain. The job took 30 minutes, but it ended up being 120 minutes. Learn from my mistake and don't assume that Revain and the manufacturer are giving you the correct information.
