The service has been great so far! It's very easy to use and I can see exactly where my information lies within it.

There are some things about this program that could be improved upon such as being able to sort through all available info in order by date rather than alphabetically which makes finding certain items difficult at times, but overall everything seems perfect thus far. This software allows me to find out more details regarding any incident/attack etcetera without having to rely solely on other sources (such as social media).
