Assembly is a snap. Quite literally most of this cart snaps together. Tab A fits nicely in Slot B and it usually emits a sturdy click to let you know you did a good job. The thing can be put together by one person, (me) but two is better. Assembly area should be nice and open to allow flipping the thing over a few times and a carpeted area is preferred. Don't assemble near small children as tabs from plastic pieces might be tempting for curios little ones. Simple screwdriver assembly and clicking.Mine has one little issue that prevented a better rating. It was missing a plastic insert in one of the doors, prevented the reasonable use for the cart on day one. I have a screwdriver holding that door shut so I could use it for Thanksgiving as a serving table/Island in our kitchen. I called the 800 number and after a brief hold got a human and they ordered the door piece for me. I put it outside and had a spare grill cover that covered it nicely.Doors only open on one side, so plan on which side you think you will need the opening doors. The wheels are a little weird as they don't seem to turn very easily. Kinda cheap and not easily replaced with decent wheels as they are part of the clicking pieces and molded for the cheap setup they ship with it. Maybe with more weight in the thing the wheels will actually turn.? I guess I could Dremel them off and mount a 2X4 frame under it and put decent wheels, but we will see how this holds up!If you need an outdoor cart that isn't wood, give it a shot.Happy Thanksgiving and stay covid free.
