These are the ONLY FILTERS I WORK IN MY VICKS HUMIDIFIER that don't brown or wrinkle. They are enough for 2 good months. I have found that before turning on you keep the backside wet (with water from the reservoir hole) to re-wet it, but only a small amount so as not to overflow the bottom of the holding area where the filter sits. AND I DON'T ROTATE THIS FILTER. I DID WITH THE LATEST FILTER but this caused the metal inside to crack as it is a tight fitting filter. sit and go. Hope that helps. Next winter I'm going to buy a humidifier without expensive filters! I run it every night all year round as my little rescue dog has asthma🙏
