It's easy to use; I like how it will alert me for missed calls or emails etc! The price of this software needs adjusting as if you have one account with many people working in your organisation then there are too few choices/features compared to other more expensive programmes we've used elsewhere. Also - when sending an invoice out via email could not add payment details without having first checked my cheque book balance which was annoying but maybe thats just because i'm new at using it? Having someone from our office visit us once per week so they can update accounts also helps keep things running smoothly!! We're saving time by being able to communicate easily about any issues between members of staff.
