This kit replaces my square connecting rods and fits with no problems. The quality seems pretty good, the cranks feel sturdy and the bearings spin well. I took it for a short trail ride and the ride has definitely improved. Time will tell how it holds up, but so far I'm impressed. Some special tools are required for replacement, so make sure you get them when you place your order. You will need a puller for the old square tapers, a tool to remove the old cartridge, and a tool to tighten the new bottom bracket (about $30 total for 3 tools).
