I have 2 cars; Pickup and small SUV. It took some ingenuity to make it work in a pickup truck. Without the design of the center console opposite the rear seats, the protection would not have worked. My puppies were able to crawl under the fence and climb onto the center console with ease. It attaches to the back of the front seats. When the seats are level everything works fine but when one seat slides up and the other slides back it gets very wobbly! For the money anyway and if you are a little creative, it works.
