AI WiFi works flawlessly with all 3 major browsers (chrome, safari & firefox) as well as mobile devices such as Blackberry, iphone, ipad etc., We love that everything from the site design, to customer service interaction/phone system are just top notch! The speed really helps drive more traffic to our website - which converts much better for us because it's so fast! I wish we could have used it sooner! There isn't any downside thus far but perhaps there are still things they can improve upon or add? If you want serious performance AI WiFi is worth every penny you spend! More targeted leads and sales. People tend to get freaked about using their phone at work, in some cases they won't even check they're email while away from home either! So this makes people realize they need to go online now instead of waiting around until lunch time. The customer support team at AIWIFI are fantastic, they always try and help you when you need it. Very fast response times with all queries. Their software is very stable and works well for my needs. Sometimes there's a slight lag in functionality on the web site - this can be quite annoying, but not much that I can't overcome. Captive portals - so far, everything has been seamless.
