I bought this nut cup to wear with my master compression shorts as they have a cup pocket and I figured this cup should work fine in it as it's from are of the same brand. So far I'm really impressed with it - I've used it in both standing and wrestling and it stays securely stowed away. My height is 5'10, 170 and it fits me. It seems to fit almost all adult males. I didn't get hit hard in the groin and I hope I don't have to. With little contact so far, it's been great. I'll update if I get a real shock and let you know how it goes. crossed fingers
