Fantastic Support for Hotelscrux and overall good experience

The ease of use, great support team who are always willing to answer any questions you have - we've used them as our PWA provider since 2014 which has been without issue so far! We're looking forward to their integration with Zapier this year but other than that there's nothing I dislike about working through Hotelscruz (or even using it in general). Their customer service was lacking during my first contact when they were just starting up at one point though now all seems well again :) Great tool if price isn't an obstacle or worry/need over integrations etc., would highly recommend considering both your time zone requirements AND pricing before making final decision here too!! Have integrated directly into Zendesk tickets via API / webhooks allowing us direct notification from platform upon completion plus also sending out automated slack notifications daily once completed by staff member(S).
