Not for multiple VGA wires or cables
Ferrule fits the hole but the hole for wires in the ferrule itself is too small. I couldn't get my VGA cable through at all. The smaller USB wires got through, but the multiple wires were tight and too tight to thread through without getting stuck in the hole.
