Overall good but the lack of good scent is a let down. The length is really good and works well for various places on you. It holds heat well I find I like 1:45 in my microwaveUpdate tried the lavender and it was very good on smell. Filled in the gap on 1st one. Overall it works and it a good purchase

- The neck bag is way too heavy for people with arthritis or disk issues in their neck.
