I have already made THREE different attempts to buy this product, each time hoping that it was an accident or that I did something wrong. However, after the third time, I decided that this was definitely a product and not operator error. Those "wireless" zebra blinds are a nightmare. I installed them exactly as they should, with or without the help of the awful instructions that came with them! I ended up finding a video on YouTube of a similar product that helped me install it correctly. I'm not kidding after they were installed I didn't even use them (e.g. to retract as they are supposed to be wireless) 1-2 times before they stopped working and just hung there, fully extended and covering that entire window without the ability to slide it back or even partially open it! I made several videos on YouTube how to solve this problem and tried different ways but it was useless. They are beautiful from afar but trust me they are not worth your money or time. They are cheaply made and if you look closely you can see how the material immediately starts to crumble and wear out, it gets stuck in the mechanics and the roller part and jams, which is misleading and doesn't work. Now I have to return my third purchase disappointed but I hope my terrible experience helps someone else who doesn't have the same experience as me. I've also bought zebra blinds which have an adjustable cord to raise and lower them and they are the same material, they look the same (minus the metal cord of course) but they actually go up and down with no problem. and it's not a stressful fiasco to use. I would recommend using this product and running away from it as much as possible!
